Where can I buy Quadro products?
In general, Quadro is only sold through commercial retailers and trade professionals such as developers, builders and landscape architects. Contact us and we will put you in touch with one of our distribution partners.
Does porcelain contain the artificial silica that causes silicosis?
No. The porcelain used is all natural and contains less than 5% of natural silica. It is produced from clay using heat and pressure, and can therefore be fully recycled.
What is the warranty on Quadro products?
All Quadro products hold a general 3 month replacement warranty against material or functional defects, as well as a 12 month structural warranty. In addition, the porcelain stone holds a 10 year factory warranty backed by Tau Ceramica, Spain. To make a warranty claim, please use the form on the contact page. The warranty is a parts replacement warranty.
Where are Quadro products made?
Most of the manufacturing process occurs in Melbourne. The components are generally imported with some steel fabrication happening in Melbourne. Porcelain cutting, finishing and application as well as parts assembly happens in Melbourne to guarantee quality and availability of spare parts.
Can I book an installation?
Yes. Quadro has experienced installation teams in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. In addition, Quadro has access to reliable contractors in the other states.
What is the order lead time?
The lead time from commercial orders of VIVO products is 4 weeks, and 6 weeks for Gala.

Installation
Please use the instructions provided in print or on this website. If you have questions, please contact a Quadro International representative to assist you with the installation. Do not lift heavy elements on your own and handle the porcelain stone elements with extra care. NOTE: Installation and handling damage is not covered by Quadro warranty.
Sustainability
All Quadro products are designed to minimise their environmental footprint. Materials used generally have a recycling content of 50% - 100%, and PVC has been completely eliminated in the design. However, please ensure that packaging materials are recycled in the appropriate way.
